The Resort is located in Calamba City,Province of Laguna. Has an area of 2061 square meters,with a fully walled enclosure.Three buildings are constructed therein.

The property includes Clubhouse,5 native cottages,

14 rooms all with bathrooms,air conditioning ceiling fans,

4 swimming pools & parking for 20 cars.About 50 meters from the main highway,with a cemented road access.

An hour from Metro Manila via South Luzon Expressway.

The fully tiled swimming pools is a star attraction of the Hot Spring Resort,

with 2 large pools for adults and 2 smaller ones for children.Pristine clear water,available day or night.Direct temperature controlled water supply from powerful electric water pumps.

The property has 14 rooms that contains 150 beds which can accommodate

up to 350 persons per night. These rooms have both airconditioning and ceiling fans..There are two main rooms ,one for men and the other for woman guests.,The others are smaller rooms for private use, couples or smaller families and have their own bathrooms. There are four common bathrooms, 2 for men and 2 for women.There are also 5 native cottages constructed on the property

There is a clubhouse for dining, entertaining, activities for and amongst the guests. There is an open kitchen for guests to prepare cuisine for their family

or guests while enjoying their stay.

Television sets are also installed on the premises. 3 refrigerators and other electricity appliances. A video and karaoke machine is also present for guests enjoyment.One generator for emergencies.

The area can accommodate up to 20 cars inside and has two steel gates.

Plenty of additional parking outside the main entrance area.
